3. Writing  

Students write at least 12 sentences about a given topic similar to those in the units covered.   Some prompts will be given.  All prompts must be used.

Please note that:

• Students may add extra information, especially in 103 and 104 where they are encouraged to use linking words.
• Students must use all prompts provided.  Otherwise, she should lose marks from content for not writing enough supporting sentences. 
• There are no make-up assessments.  In case a student misses an assessment and provides a valid excuse accepted by the administration, the mark of the other writing assessment will be doubled.
